Please contact me about my rates. 

Payment- I take cash, zelle, check, HSA and all  major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of the visit.  

I do not accept insurance as that often limits how individualized your treatment plan can be.  I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance as "out of network" for possible reimbursement. 

Discounts available for - Military, first responders and mental health/ medical professionals. 

(I do offer a sliding scale if needed, reach out and ask me.)
