Initial  Psychiatric Evaluation - 90 minutes $400 

Long follow up for medication mgmt/psychotherapy 50 min- $300

Short follow up for medication mgmt/ psychotherapy 25 min -  $150 

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy - $500 

Payment- I take cash, check, HSA and all  major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of the visit.  

I do not accept insurance as that often limits how individualized your treatment plan can be.  I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance as "out of network" for possible reimbursement. 

Military, first responder and mental health/ medical staff discounts available.
